Shipping policy

We pack orders daily as we receive them, and most orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 days. This is subject to delay during holidays and busy sale periods.

Local Pickups:

If you'd like to place an order for local pickup, simply select local pickup at checkout and you won't be charged any shipping fees. You will be notified by email once your order has been packed and is ready to be collected from our store.

(the seasonal sale of the Advent Calendar is excluded from the free shipping offer and below shipping prices)

• Australia: economy semi-tracked (up to a value of $240) $23.60, fully tracked $51.20 
• International: 

  Calculated by weight. Once item(s) are added to your cart, the shipping prices will automatically adjust and give various options to your location.

  Please note: Customer is responsible for any customs or import fees associated with your country. If a semi-tracked option is selected, limited tracking information will be available to both parties. If a parcel is returned to the shop, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund less the processing fees that have been incurred by the shop.
