Are you ready to start knitting in the round, top down or just want to get the hang of all the little details which make a hand made garment so great?

Or have you mastered the basics and are ready to conquer your first garment? 

(This is not a beginner knitting class you will need to be confidently knit, purl, increase, decreasing, and picking up stitches)

In this 5 class workshop we will cover the following to get you making beautifully fitted garments. It is a lengthy workshop to ensure you can knit a whole garment. You will need to do the majority of the knitting at home, there won't be enough time to knit the entire garment during workshop hours. We will focus on sharing all our knowledge and tips and tricks during your time in the shop and set you up for success for your home knitting.

1st class (29th June) Pattern, Yarn selection, and Gauge

2nd class (6th July) Cast on day and Short rows (we have a 2 week knitting at home break here so you have plenty of time to knit the Yoke)

3rd class  (20th July) split for Body and Sleeves

4th class  (27th July) picking up stitches under arm - sleeve island

5th class  (3rd August) Finishing details and Blocking

This workshop will take place on Monday evenings between 6-8 pm.

Pattern, knitting needles, notions and Yarn will need to be bought separately. We offer a 10% discount on all Yarns (only full price) purchased by participants.

The workshop is held in the Shop @ 323 Parnell Road, Parnell. Bathrooms are available with access via the outside of the building. Tea and Water will be available and feel free to BYO-Snack if that would make this evening even more enjoyable for you.

Cancelation Policy: Please make sure you are able attend when booking your Ticket. If you wish to cancel, we offer a refund on purchased tickets up to two weeks  (14 days) before the date of the workshop. Closer than 14 days to the date of the class, refunds will depend on weather we can re-sell your ticket to someone on the waiting list.

We withhold the right to cancel the workshop if the number of enrolled participants does not meet the minimum threshold of 5. If the course is cancelled due to low enrollment, you are entitled to a full refund or store credit whichever you prefer.
