Join this sock knitting workshop to learn how to knit toe-up socks with a great fit! This workshop uses Alanna's favourite method of vanilla socks from her pattern "Black Cat Favourite Socks". 

The workshop will be held over two sessions, over two consecutive weeks to guide you through every step of making a sock.

Workshop dates: 

Saturday, 10th October and Saturday 17th October 10am-2pm (both days)

We can take a maximum of 10 people, so get in quick if you're keen!

The pattern will be included in the class price.

Knitting needles, notions and yarn will need to be bought separately.

Materials you will need:
• 100g sock yarn (typically this would contain nylon or otherwise be intended for sock knitting)
• Sock needles: this could be DPNs, long circulars for magic loop, short circulars, or any of our other sock-specific needles
• A notebook and pen
• A handful of stitch markers

The workshop is held in the Shop @ 323 Parnell Road, Parnell. Bathrooms are available with access via the outside of the building. Tea and Water will be available and feel free to BYO-Snack if that would make this workshop more enjoyable for you.

Cancelation Policy: Please make sure you are able attend when booking your Ticket. If you wish to cancel, we offer a refund on purchased tickets up to 7 days before the date of the workshop. Closer than 7 days to the date of the class, refunds will depend on whether we can re-sell your ticket to someone on the waiting list.

We withhold the right to cancel the workshop if the number of enrolled participants does not meet the minimum threshold of 3. If the course is cancelled due to low enrollment, you are entitled to a full refund or store credit if you prefer.
