Loopine is so happy to have brought the beautiful and unique Spincycle Yarns to the New Zealand market!

The team at Spincycle Yarns began as a handspinnery, but they wanted to find a way to merge the beauty and texture of a handspun yarn with a more efficiently produced millspun yarn. Thus they created their signature Dyed In The Wool and Dream State colour-changing yarns.

Trine is a 3-ply marled counterpart to Dream State. Each colourway is made of 3 solid or tonal colours plied together. If you love the marl of Dream State but are looking for something more subtle, then Trine is for you.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Weight/Ply: Worsted weight/ 10ply (can be knit as an 8ply too)
Fibre: 100% untreated Fine Wool
Metreage: 138m / 150yds
Skein size: 50 gm
Needle size: 4-5mm / US 6-8
Recommended Gauge: 18-20 sts = 10cm/4"
Care instructions: Cold hand wash, dry flat.

For high contrast colour work, we recommend steam blocking to avoid colour transfer. Some dyes are notoriously difficult to set, and may exhaust colour even after the final wash after dying. Please keep this in mind if you are combining any hand dyed yarn with a light colour. If you plan to combine a hand dyed yarn, especially a very saturated colour, with a lighter yarn we suggest to test your darker skeins for possible colour transfer by soaking first. To wash your knitwear, a quick cold water dip with no-rinse wool wash is recommended.

Made in the USA from sheep to skein.
