Yarnfloozy and Loopine are teaming up again this year to bring you a new 2026 Advent.
Prepare for an unforgettable voyage 'Across The Universe', inspired by the beauty, mystery, and wonder of the cosmos.
We begin with the rich minerals of the earth: burnished coppers, antique bronze, shifting to sunset blushes and vivid magentas as the last glow of the Earth fades. As we embrace the wonder, curiosity and quiet awe, we leave the grounded and familiar as our journey opens into something vast and extraordinary. A gentle invitation to explore luminous aquas and oxidised turquoise, expanding through the vibrant and deep colour story that our universe holds.

What to expect:
Yarn
You will receive 12x 20 gram skeins and 1x full 100 gram skein of merino/silk/cashmere 4ply yarn hand dyed by Yarnfloozy. This base has the added softness of cashmere combined with the added strength of nylon and will be suitable for a variety of project.
Notions
We have curated a collection of unique crafting notions to accompany the yarns and enhance your creative projects. This includes several exclusive and custom-made items from local NZ artisans. All notions and treats will be in line with our 'Across The Universe' theme, designed to create a sense of discovery and wonder this holiday season.
Pattern
Alanna has designed a new poncho pattern to accompany the advent yarn. You can join in and use your advent for this pattern, or choose your own adventure.
All items will be individually wrapped and numbered with suggestions of how to enjoy this advent experience.
Advents will be sent out early November.
